Who we are
Kàwé Ṣeré (Kah-Weh-Sheh-Reh) was born from Grandma Jersey’s deep love for the Yorùbá culture and her desire to pass it on to her grandchildren. During the pandemic, she began teaching young Imole the language — a journey that sparked an unquenchable curiosity and a beautiful connection to her roots.
Knowing that children learn best through play and joyful experiences, we created a vibrant collection of bilingual educational shows and learning materials designed to help families in the diaspora teach their children about their Yorùbá heritage in a fun, meaningful way..
